2026 Annual HOA Meeting - April 7, 2026
Thank you all of our households who attended our annual HOA meeting on April 7, 2026. Special thanks to outgoing President Anne Fitzpatrick for hosting us all in her home. Minutes and further details regarding the annual work parties, neighborhood improvements and board elections will follow soon.
Driveway Drinks Has Returned!!
The first Driveway Drinks of the season (hosted by Scott and Jennifer Reitz) was held on June 19th, 2026! Thank you to those who joined us in the driveway! Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next one. Date TBD.
Annual Park/Trail Clean-up and BBQ
Our June 13th cleanup is complete! The park is mowed, trimmed, and the bulkhead wall is built and we’re ready for a summer full of good times. We also have a beautifully finished picnic table, thanks to Dennis! A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated few who showed up, lent equipment, and gave their knowledge and time to keep our park and trail safe and looking great. We couldn't have done it without you!
We'd love to see even more neighbors join us next time, so save the date. Our second work party and grill out is Saturday, July 11th!
We'll be working from 9:00 AM to noon tackling two big projects: burning the sticks we collected (pending any burn ban) and hauling gravel down the hill in buckets. The more hands, the faster it goes, and we'll fire up the grill right after to celebrate together!
We're also looking for someone to chair our picnic after the work party on July 11th. If you're interested in taking on the lunch planning or volunteering to bring some breakfast goodies, please reach out to Delina Wells directly.
